Support tickets in your Discord server
Your customers already are in your Discord. They open a ticket there, Vaultix checks who they are and which products they own, and your team answers with everything in view.
How a ticket works
- A customer clicks Create support ticket in your support channel
- The bot opens a private thread and asks them to verify with their key or login
- Staff on call for that product are added and pinged
- Reply in Discord or from the support dashboard; resolved tickets close after 24 hours
Solve it in one place
The dashboard mirrors the conversation next to the customer’s account. Reset their device or extend a subscription without switching tools. Notes and a change log stay with every ticket.
On call, not always on
Team members switch On call when they are available. A ticket that comes in while nobody is on call waits and goes to the next person who goes on call.
Questions
- Do customers need a Vaultix account?
- No. They verify with the license key or login they already use for your software.
